Willow Wealth is a leading private markets investment platform democratizing access to alternative investments. The company partners with experienced investment managers to provide investors with curated opportunities across real estate, venture capital, private equity, art, short-term notes, and more.
The Investments Analyst will support sourcing, screening, diligence, selection, and monitoring of opportunities across multiple private markets strategies. This is a cross-functional role with broad exposure to direct investments in private real estate debt, direct investments in private credit (asset-backed, specialty finance, niche strategies), co-investments in growth equity, and third-party alternative investment funds.
Key responsibilities include:
**Private Real Estate Debt (Direct, Single Asset):**
- Source and underwrite investment firms presenting single-asset deals
- Review and underwrite commercial real estate debt investments including mezzanine, preferred equity, bridge, and senior loan positions
**Private Credit – Non-Direct Lending (ABF, Aviation, Niche Strategies):**
- Source and underwrite investment firms presenting single-asset opportunities
- Evaluate asset-backed finance, aviation, and specialty finance strategies
**Co-Investments & Fund Allocation:**
- Support evaluation and selection of co-investment opportunities in growth equity and other strategies
- Assist in allocating capital to third-party alternative investment funds across private markets and hedge fund strategies
**Ongoing Responsibilities:**
- Monitor portfolio performance and existing investments
- Prepare investment memos and analysis
- Support deal documentation and closing processes
- Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and analytical efficiency
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work across multiple asset classes and investment structures. Experience with private markets, real estate finance, or alternative investments is valuable. Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and a desire to continuously improve processes is expected.
