iCapital is seeking an Investment Reporting Analyst to join its Investment Reporting team in Lisbon. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely quarterly reporting across private equity, real estate, secondary, credit fund-of-funds, and feeder fund strategies. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quarterly fund-level client reporting for multiple private markets vehicles; reviewing and synthesizing reporting materials from underlying private markets sponsors and translating investment updates into clear client-facing commentary; analyzing fund and portfolio company performance data including valuations, capital activity, and portfolio developments; partnering with fund administrators and internal stakeholders to validate quantitative data and ensure accuracy across client materials; coordinating internal compliance review and approval processes; ensuring timely report delivery to clients and stakeholders; drafting capital call and distribution notices; maintaining communication with underlying sponsors regarding portfolio activity and valuations; supporting periodic investment portfolio and valuation reviews; and acting as a private markets product specialist for relationship managers and clients. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment reporting, investor communications, fund operations, private equity, hedge funds, real estate, credit, or related financial services. Strong written communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate complex investment information into clear, polished client-facing content. The role requires strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines, and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers exposure to institutional clients, underlying fund sponsors, portfolio company performance, valuation drivers, and cross-functional reporting workflows. The role is based in Lisbon with a hybrid arrangement: 4 days in office and 1 day remote (Friday).
