webAI is building distributed AI infrastructure for personalized, privacy-preserving AI deployment at the edge. The Interactive Designer role is a visual design position on the Design team, focused on producing high-quality creative assets across marketing and go-to-market surfaces. You will create on-brand designs that scale across multiple channels and touchpoints—from web pages and email campaigns to decks, social media, event materials, and sales enablement collateral. Working closely with designers, writers, and marketing partners, you'll take established creative direction and style guides and bring them to life with precision and craft. Key responsibilities include producing marketing and GTM assets at volume, building and maintaining reusable templates to improve consistency and speed, ensuring flawless final deliverables (layout, imagery, typography), consulting with technical partners on design constraints, and maintaining the marketing creative source of truth. You'll work from messy inputs—rough briefs, product notes, stakeholder feedback—and translate them into polished, on-brand work. The role emphasizes fast, accurate execution without compromising craft, and requires comfort with AI-native workflows and template tooling to generate and curate volume efficiently. Required: 3+ years in visual design for web, mobile, or digital marketing; strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft; mastery of design fundamentals (typography, layout, balance, proportion); high-volume execution capability; range across formats (web, social, email, PDFs, decks, events); strong Figma skills; comfort with AI and template tools. Preferred: brand voice and aesthetic expertise, ability to extend campaign identities, understanding of HTML/CSS, presentation skills, video editing, event/print production experience, and background with technical, AI, or enterprise products.
