Project44 is a supply chain decision intelligence platform that transforms fragmented logistics data into real-time, AI-powered insights. The company operates a Decision Intelligence Platform called Movement, which helps global supply chains connect instantly, see clearly, act decisively, and automate intelligently.
As an Integration Consultant, you will facilitate standard project management methodology for all customer implementations. Your key responsibilities include:
• Lead kick-off calls with customers, providing an overview of project44 and outlining the implementation roadmap
• Conduct technical requirements reviews and deep-dive analysis of customer systems, reviewing APIs in detail and consulting on best practices for efficient API setup
• Define and provide input on test plans for system integration testing (SIT) and unit testing (UT), developing comprehensive testing scenarios and use cases with customers
• Deliver remote training sessions tailored to end users
• Facilitate weekly status meetings with customers to review progress, obstacles, and upcoming tasks, logging updates in Salesforce
• Manage post-implementation hypercare to ensure successful transitions, preparing clear pre-production and production cutoff plans before handing off to customer success and support teams
• Lead technical project management activities during implementation, driving RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
• Create, update, and distribute documentation on standards and best practices for integrating with project44
• Configure the project44 platform to enable customers to reduce time to value with project44 APIs
You will work from the Bengaluru office 5 days per week with a shift time of 5:00 pm – 2:00 am IST (with flexibility). Some travel may be required based on business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in: customer integrations/implementations, software systems delivery, or supply chain/logistics technology integrations (e.g., TMS systems like SAP LBN, OTM, Blue Yonder, or EDI integration knowledge)
• Fluency in English (required); French, Spanish, or German are nice-to-have
• Experience with Postman, Kibana, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Github
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• SaaS, RTTV (Reduce Time To Value), supply chain, and/or project management experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and in team settings
• Knowledge of writing technical documentation and understanding customer requirements and use cases
• Ability to run system data analyses for customers
• Ability to drive outcomes using indirect authority to meet critical goals
• Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
• Strong oral and written communication skills, people skills, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at varying implementation stages; highly organized with strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
