NMI is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for its payment gateway platform. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign management, focusing on generating pipeline, acquiring new ISO partners, and driving adoption across priority vertical markets including parking, transit, EV charging, and healthcare.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that span demand generation, content, digital, channel, and product marketing. You'll create verticalized marketing approaches tailored to specific industry needs and audiences, with ISOs as the primary audience alongside vertical-specific ISVs and software providers. The role requires identifying high-opportunity segments, building comprehensive marketing strategies, and collaborating across teams to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
You'll own the integrated marketing strategy and plan for the core payment gateway, aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. This includes developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to acquire new ISO partners, drive gateway adoption, and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You'll build deep understanding of ISO and ISV audiences, their buying journeys, challenges, and decision drivers.
Collaboration is central to the role. You'll partner with product marketing and content teams to develop compelling messaging, thought leadership, customer stories, and sales enablement materials. Working closely with demand generation, you'll define target audiences, campaign journeys, and conversion strategies. You'll also collaborate with sales, channel, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
The role requires managing campaigns end-to-end—from planning through execution, reporting, and optimization—while tracking performance against KPIs and continuously improving targeting, messaging, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness.
