Gopuff is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end execution of major marketing campaigns across brand, product, growth, and cultural moments. This role sits at the center of marketing operations, connecting strategy, creative, media, partnerships, performance, CRM, and external partners to ensure campaigns launch cohesively and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaigns & Cultural Moments: Own execution of major campaigns from concept through launch, including brand initiatives, product launches, and cultural calendar moments. Turn strategy into clear, actionable plans across creative, media, social, CRM, performance, partnerships, and in-app channels. Build comprehensive briefs that define the problem and success metrics. Keep teams aligned from kickoff through launch, ensuring every touchpoint connects to the core idea. Identify and capitalize on cultural opportunities where Gopuff can show up credibly.
Talent & Brand Partnerships: Lead campaigns around talent and brand partnerships from concept through measurement. Develop creative partnership ideas that extend beyond traditional paid media. Translate partnerships into broader marketing platforms across the full Gopuff ecosystem. Serve as day-to-day lead with talent teams, agencies, brands, and external partners.
Strategic Growth Initiatives: Convert business priorities into integrated marketing plans with clear objectives, audiences, channels, and success measures. Identify opportunities where marketing and brand can drive growth. Partner across Brand, Performance, CRM, Product, and Merchandising teams to connect brand impact with business outcomes. Analyze performance and translate learnings into stronger future work.
Operating & Ownership: Own campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional coordination. Proactively identify and solve roadblocks. Drive legal, regulatory, and partner approvals. Maintain high creative standards across all consumer touchpoints. Take full responsibility for outcomes, not just individual pieces.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, creates clarity from ambiguity, and brings teams along while maintaining momentum.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, media/publishing, agency strategy/creative work, or combination thereof
- Track record of turning ambiguous challenges into shipped experiences, not presentations
- Strong startup instincts; ability to define process, chase approvals, and cover gaps
- High bar for creative and craft; demonstrated taste and judgment
- Business acumen to defend decisions with data, not just conviction
- Experience managing partners, budgets, and multiple live projects simultaneously
- Direct, efficient communication style
- Motivated to win
