Salary: USD 98,500 - 118,200 / annual
Restaurant365 is a SaaS platform serving the restaurant industry with cloud-based accounting and back-office operations solutions. The company is seeking a Senior Instructional Video Designer to create high-quality instructional and educational video content that simplifies complex product concepts for customers.
In this role, you will design and produce custom instructional videos, animations, and motion graphics. You'll develop SCORM-compliant curriculum packages and create scripts, narration, and on-screen text that make technical concepts accessible. You will collaborate with instructional designers to develop storyboards aligned with instructional intent, and work cross-functionally with editors, project leads, and other team members to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
Key responsibilities include scoping and managing multiple concurrent projects, determining level of effort and timelines to meet deadlines. You'll organize and maintain project assets—intaking, cataloging, and maintaining footage and production libraries to ensure version control and efficient reuse. You'll maintain visibility into all assigned deliverables by updating project milestones and task progress in project management systems. The role also involves managing established AI-assisted workflows to streamline production and improve quality.
Success in this position is measured by consistently meeting or exceeding billable deliverable capacity targets, completing all assigned work accurately and on schedule, and delivering custom video content within estimated level of effort and defined quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have skills and experience:
- Proficiency in video design, animation, and motion graphics creation
- Experience developing SCORM-compliant curriculum

- Ability to work with AI-assisted production workflows
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience within SaaS, restaurant, or technology education contexts
- Background in instructional design or learning and development
- Experience mentoring peers in storytelling, visual design, or production processes
