As Institutional Relations Senior Manager, you will drive Fever's strategic engagement with government bodies, regulatory institutions, public agencies, and NGOs. This role bridges internal strategy and external representation, positioning Fever as a trusted partner within cultural, tourism, and innovation ecosystems.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute institutional engagement strategies supporting public access, subsidies, and procurement opportunities
• Represent Fever before government authorities and public institutions to build visibility and credibility
• Foster strategic partnerships with municipalities, ministries, and cultural institutions to unlock public spaces and funding
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting operations; advise internal stakeholders on policy implications
• Build and maintain institutional networks at local, regional, and national levels
• Organize and prepare leadership meetings with institutional stakeholders; serve as spokesperson or coach others
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align institutional needs with external partnerships
You will be part of the Communications team, which shapes Fever's internal and external perception. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, political acumen, and the ability to navigate complex institutional landscapes while advancing the company's mission in the entertainment and cultural sector.
