As Institutional Relations Senior Manager, you will lead Fever's strategic engagement with government bodies, regulatory institutions, public agencies, and NGOs. This role bridges internal strategy and external representation, positioning Fever as a trusted partner within cultural, tourism, and innovation ecosystems.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute institutional engagement strategies supporting Fever's business goals around public access, subsidies, and procurement opportunities
• Represent Fever before government authorities and public institutions to build visibility, credibility, and alignment with public priorities
• Foster strategic partnerships with municipalities, ministries, cultural institutions, and public-sector entities to unlock access to public spaces and funding mechanisms
• Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments impacting company operations and advise internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain institutional networks at local, regional, and national levels
• Organize and prepare leadership meetings with institutional stakeholders; serve as spokesperson or coach others to do so
• Maintain cross-departmental communication to understand institutional needs and support alignment with external partners
You will work within the Communications team, which shapes Fever's internal and external perception. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking, relationship-building acumen, and the ability to navigate complex institutional landscapes.
