You will be the operational specialist and internal reference for the seven account types managed by an AFP, with mastery of the specific rules governing each. Your core mission is to translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into clear, actionable specifications that the engineering team can build against—not just what regulations say on paper, but how these processes actually work in practice. You'll work in a multidisciplinary environment with genuine flexibility and the opportunity to reshape how AFP operations work in Chile. REQUIREMENTS: Essential: - Minimum 3 years of direct, hands-on experience working in AFP operations in Chile - Deep, practical knowledge of the account types an AFP member can hold - Daily experience with pension management systems used by Chilean AFPs - Demonstrated ability to map and document complex processes with clarity, structure, and precision - Strong affinity for technology tools and genuine willingness to work closely with software engineering teams Desirable: - Experience with AFP.net (Sonda) or other core pension industry systems - Current knowledge of Chilean regulatory framework (DL 3.500, Ley 21.735, Superintendencia de Pensiones compendium and circulars) - Prior experience in AFP data migration projects, new module implementations, or operational system improvements - Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or prior experience embedded in software development teams
