Salary: USD 76,000 - 127,000 / annual
Hudl is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join its security operations team, blending traditional threat analysis with AI-driven automation to protect the company's global operations and sports analytics platform.
In this role, you will design and implement agentic AI workflows to ingest, enrich, and correlate security data across Hudl's infrastructure. You'll develop high-performing prompts and continuously tune agent behaviors to maintain accuracy and practical output. As a core member of the 24/7/365 on-call incident response team, you'll investigate and respond to security threats, maintain prompt libraries for playbooks, generate clear incident summaries, and guide containment efforts through resolution.
You'll optimize detection engines—including phishing detection and endpoint detection and response (EDR) logic—to reduce false positives and improve signal quality. Using agentic workflows, you'll analyze and prioritize vulnerability exposures to guide remediation efforts. You'll also track key performance indicators and risk metrics for senior leadership while partnering with the Security Engineering team to identify and close visibility gaps.
The role is hybrid, with an expectation to spend more days in-office than remote. You'll coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team, and applicants within commuting distance of Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska are prioritized.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant information security experience, including exposure to modern programming languages and DevOps building blocks
- Strong understanding of OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
- Excellent communication skills; ability to distill complex incidents into clear, actionable documentation and present findings to leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, and respond effectively during security incidents
- Team-oriented mindset with commitment to protecting company and user safety
Nice-to-haves:
- Security or privacy certifications (SC2, SANS, AWS)
- Hands-on experience with modern programming languages, DevOps tools, AWS (AgentCore, Security Logging, Lambda)
- Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and vulnerability management tools
