Salary: USD 113,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking an Information Security Analyst to support classified and air-gapped defense technology environments. You will work within the Classified Infrastructure team to help shape secure deployment environments for Anduril's AI-powered military systems and Lattice OS platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Document and implement security controls aligned with NIST 800-53, NIST RMF, and JSIG standards
- Conduct security scanning, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments on Anduril products and accredited systems
- Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs), Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), and accreditation documentation
- Support Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes to obtain and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) status
- Tailor compliance frameworks to classified network environments and oversee continuous monitoring programs
- Collaborate with government security officials and cross-functional teams to identify and remediate security gaps
- Assist with incident response, including investigation, root cause analysis, and reporting
- Recommend and implement security solutions including IDS/IPS, encryption protocols, and access controls
- Apply commercial technology standards in classified, air-gapped environments
- Support the ISSM and fellow ISSOs in balancing business velocity with security and compliance requirements
Required qualifications include active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (must be maintainable), expertise in NIST RMF and government accreditation processes, and experience with security risk assessments and compliance frameworks. Preferred skills include Splunk, DISA STIGs, SCC tools, Python/PowerShell/Bash scripting, and Linux/Red Hat/SELinux knowledge.
