Graphcore is seeking an Information Administrator to manage and improve critical product information systems within Manufacturing Operations. You will administer Arena PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Cognidox document management, and the Accuris standards portal—systems that keep product data accurate, traceable, and accessible across the organization.
In this role, you'll configure workflows, permissions, and system controls to ensure controlled documentation governance. You'll support users across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, resolve system issues, and help deliver updates and improvements. Your responsibilities include managing user administration, access control, data quality, and information governance while balancing competing priorities independently.
You'll work within the Configuration Management team, which is responsible for keeping critical engineering data and controlled documents accurate and effectively managed. Day-to-day, you'll collaborate with technical and operational teams, investigate problems, and implement approved improvements. You'll take ownership of business-critical systems and work closely with process owners when decisions cross functions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering PLM, document management, quality, or other business-critical systems. You should understand product data structures, BOM (Bill of Materials), revisions, engineering change control, release workflows, and governance requirements. Strong capabilities in user administration, access control, issue resolution, and data quality are essential. Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, or supply chain teams is valuable.
