Roblox is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team and execute influencer campaigns at scale. This is an execution-focused, hands-on role supporting the full lifecycle of creator partnerships—from campaign planning and coordination through live event activations.
You will support end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing creators, reviewing content, coordinating posting schedules, and tracking performance metrics. You'll manage campaign timelines and deliverable trackers, partner with internal teams (creative, legal, social, events) to ensure on-brand delivery, and compile performance data from influencer platforms for weekly and campaign-level reporting.
Event support is a key component: you'll serve as the on-the-ground point of contact for influencers at live events, managing logistics, travel, accommodations, and real-time needs. You'll coordinate activations from pre-production through wrap and help capture content moments for post-event recaps.
Relationship management is central to the role. You'll act as the day-to-day contact for a defined roster of creators and their management teams, building trust and maintaining positive partnerships. Responsibilities include tracking deliverables, communicating deadlines, onboarding new influencers, maintaining accurate CRM records, and monitoring creator content and community sentiment.
Roblox is a platform where tens of millions of people explore, create, play, learn, and connect in 3D immersive experiences. The company is building tools and infrastructure to empower its global creator community. This role offers exposure to a vibrant creator ecosystem and the opportunity to shape how brands and creators collaborate at scale.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, talent management, social media, or a closely related field
- Genuine understanding of the creator landscape; you follow creators, know the platforms, and can speak fluently about content trends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear, professional communicator comfortable drafting emails to creators and their reps, and working cross-functionally
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities shift
- Detail-oriented and proactive; you spot what needs to happen next and take initiative
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting live events or experiential marketing activations
- Exposure to influencer contracting, gifting programs, or affiliate/commission structures
- Background in gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech with knowledge of UGC creator communities
- Proficiency in Google Suite and creator-focused tools like Tubular, CreatorIQ, etc.
