Seeq is seeking an Industry Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of global strategic third-party conferences, tradeshows, analyst events, and partner events. This role is central to the marketing team's mission of driving customer-centric programs that increase prospect and customer engagement while achieving pipeline and revenue goals.
You will establish and execute the annual global industry events plan in collaboration with Regional Marketing teams. Key responsibilities include managing event budgets with vigilant tracking, coordinating all logistics (venue management, registration, booth logistics, speaker coordination, sponsorship deliverables, AV, swag, shipping), and maintaining accurate records of all event-related activities including budgets, vendor contracts, and attendee lists.
You will approach event reporting with a data-driven mindset, tracking costs and resources, and assisting in determining event ROI. This includes managing the lead reporting process—uploading leads to Salesforce, creating campaigns, and monitoring event registrations. You'll contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing team reports, align with marketing team leads on branding and messaging, and support the execution of key internal events throughout the year.
The role requires occasional travel to events for onsite support, though the majority of activity is pre-event planning. You'll work cross-functionally with Industry Principals, Analytics Engineers, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Seeq is a remote-first company founded by serial entrepreneurs, providing software solutions for converting industrial process data into actionable business insights. The company is certified as a great place to work and recognized by Technology Fast 500 and Inc. Magazine's Best Places to Work.
