AlayaCare is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming home healthcare with a cloud-based platform used by care providers globally. The company has 600+ employees across Canada, the US, Australia, and Brazil. The Implementation Specialist role is customer-facing and reports to the Senior Professional Services Consultant. You will support the successful delivery and execution of professional services-led implementations for large and enterprise customers in the U.S. market, working alongside other Implementation Specialists and Senior Implementation Specialists. Key responsibilities include: - Support project requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, reporting, testing, and user training - Participate in planning and execution of customer training programs - Configure the AlayaCare platform based on defined business requirements - Action risk and issue mitigation plans developed by Consultants and Project Managers - Maintain project timelines and budgets through strong execution and follow-through - Produce clear, accurate documentation and communication - Partner with internal teams and customers to support successful launches for large and enterprise accounts - Own high-quality project documentation as a key deliverable You should bring 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, project delivery, or implementation-related role. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership and adaptability, with willingness to take ownership of challenging tasks. Strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills are essential. You must be able to multi-task, stay organized, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals to build strong relationships.
