As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers from contract signing through successful commissioning of their heat pump systems. Your core responsibilities include:
- Active customer management throughout the installation process, including scheduling, maintaining contact, setting expectations, and ensuring customers feel well-supported via phone and written communication.
- Planning, coordinating, and steering the entire installation process while tracking timelines, dependencies, and tasks to ensure each project is completed cleanly, efficiently, and successfully.
- Serving as the central interface between customers, internal Enpal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication, rapid problem-solving, and smooth operations across multiple stakeholders.
- Taking genuine ownership of your projects, where success means not just completed installations but satisfied customers. Customer ratings are a key success metric both for you personally and for Enpal.
- Maintaining a structured, friendly, and solution-oriented approach even during hectic periods, viewing problems as tasks to be solved rather than obstacles.
- Receiving an attractive fixed salary plus a well-designed monthly bonus based on completed installations and positive customer ratings.
The role offers flexibility to work from home (Home Office) while maintaining connection to the Berlin-Friedrichshain office. Enpal operates a hybrid model designed to support your focus and productivity, with the option to work internationally up to 30 days per year depending on your responsibilities.
