Homebound is transforming residential construction by creating technology-enabled homebuilding at scale. The company has raised $150M from top-tier VCs (Google, Khosla, Thrive) and is rapidly expanding in Texas, Colorado, and Florida.
As Field Program Manager, you will be the operational bridge between Homebound's product and field teams, ensuring technology and AI deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and cost across homebuilding operations. This is a hands-on, highly visible role reporting to technology leadership.
You will own field technology deployment, change management, and process optimization across Dallas jobsites, with expansion to Houston. Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as first-line escalation for technology troubleshooting in the field, maintaining weekly jobsite presence and supporting Superintendents and trade partners
- Own technology onboarding for new Superintendents, maintain mobile app training post-launch, and hold teams accountable to best practices
- Co-own Superintendent adoption metrics, diagnose adoption blockers, and intervene 1:1 to drive platform usage and reliable AI training data
- Shadow Superintendents on new community schedules, iterate task sequencing based on site reality, and identify bottlenecks for speed, cost, and quality improvements
- Run the third-party video capture program in market—onboard partners, validate submissions, manage payments and feedback loops
- Build cross-functional relationships across product, operations, estimation, and procurement to align field and central operations
You will split time weekly between jobsites in Dallas and in-office coordination with Procurement, Estimation, and Architecture & Design teams. The role is expected to expand to include Houston as a second market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in field operations, construction supervision, technical program coordination, solutions implementation, or process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption within field teams and achieve quantitative measures of success
- Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, or field operations technology (strong plus)
- Based in Dallas with weekly jobsite presence; future expectation of regular presence in Houston
- Strong analytical skills including adoption metric tracking and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between field, technical, and business stakeholders
- Structured thinker with high EQ and initiative; ability to balance tactical execution with process building for scale
