As an Implementation Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise customers during their Rippling implementation journey. You will work one-on-one with clients to develop custom implementation plans tailored to their specific business objectives across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT platform, and other products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with clients to design and execute custom implementation strategies aligned with their operational needs
- Managing the full implementation lifecycle end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live, ensuring milestones are met and timelines are realistic
- Driving product adoption by providing bespoke guidance, best practices, and insights that help customers maximize platform capabilities
- Collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success
- Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to gather customer feedback, troubleshoot technical issues, and advocate for product enhancements
- Contributing to the development of internal processes and best practices that incorporate customer learnings to improve operational efficiency
