Rezilient Health is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer and health system implementation workstreams from contract handoff through launch and transition to ongoing support. This role serves as the primary owner and trusted advisor for assigned implementations, translating contractual commitments and customer requirements into executable implementation plans. The Implementation Manager owns implementation health, progress, milestones, deliverables, evolving requirements, and risk mitigation while coordinating internal and external stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and operational teams. You will bring structure and accountability to fast-moving, ambiguous environments, ensuring cross-functional workstreams remain aligned and launches progress toward successful, on-time go-lives. Key responsibilities include leading implementation planning and launch management by building detailed project timelines, risk logs, readiness criteria, and launch checklists. You will coordinate launch activities across internal teams and customer stakeholders, run regular implementation meetings and stakeholder updates, and identify risks and blockers early to protect launch timelines and quality. Cross-functional coordination is central to the role. You will partner closely with Operations, Clinical Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align implementation workstreams. You will manage handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success, coordinate clinical and operational readiness activities such as staffing, training, credentialing, and workflow documentation, and work with Engineering on integration requirements, data flows, user acceptance testing, and platform readiness. As the day-to-day implementation point of contact for assigned customers and partners, you will set clear expectations around timelines, customer responsibilities, decision points, and communication norms. You will support both employer and health system implementation needs, adapting project plans to partnership model and readiness requirements. The role requires working familiarity with healthcare interoperability concepts including athenahealth APIs, Epic FHIR endpoints, CCDs, HL7 v2 interfaces, and related integration standards. Travel is approximately 15% of the time. Success requires strong operating discipline, clear communication, comfort with ambiguity, and judgment to balance launch velocity with readiness and patient experience.
