OpenLoop is a telehealth platform company that powers complete virtual-care businesses across all 50 states. As an Implementation Manager, you will own the hands-on technical implementation of OpenLoop's platform for enterprise clients, translating approved solutions into working, validated, production-ready implementations.
You will manage the full technical lifecycle: configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment. A single implementation may span patient intake, eligibility, identity, clinical workflows, prescribing, pharmacy, labs, fulfillment, payments, support and reporting. You will work closely with a Technical Project Manager who owns the overall plan, while you own the technical execution and technical readiness.
Key responsibilities include: translating client requirements into technical work breakdowns; configuring the platform using established patterns; implementing and validating third-party integrations via APIs, webhooks, and data mapping; executing data migration and reconciliation; using SQL, APIs, and logs to diagnose problems; configuring event-driven automation and triggering logic; partnering directly with client technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues; building and executing comprehensive test plans covering workflows, failure paths, data integrity, and external dependencies; preparing environments for UAT and resolving technical defects; determining technical readiness and providing sign-off; troubleshooting production issues by isolating failing layers; distinguishing configuration issues from product gaps; resolving implementation-owned issues and escalating genuine defects with clear evidence; maintaining complete technical documentation; providing accurate estimates and status to the TPM; supporting go-live and stabilization; and contributing reusable patterns and scripts for future implementations.
You must be operationally and clinically fluent—understanding not just technical components but the operational and clinical processes the system serves, and validating workflows from the patient's and operator's perspective. You are a technical builder who prefers hands-on configuration, integration, and troubleshooting over coordination. You are evidence-driven, pragmatic about design, customer-facing, accountable through production, and clear about product boundaries.
