As an Implementation Manager, you will be the primary customer-facing technical lead for Aidoc's Delivery department. You will own end-to-end project delivery for customer onboardings, expansions, and upgrades on the Aidoc platform. This is a hybrid technical and project management role that bridges R&D, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage complete onboarding and expansion projects for new and existing customers
- Serve as the key technical stakeholder in implementation processes, leading architecture discussions with customers' IT teams around systems, networking, medical imaging, and interfaces
- Own setup, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, and go-live activities
- Build strong relationships with customers' technical teams as Aidoc's first technical touchpoint
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize technical setup and solution performance
- Generate creative product and feature offerings by combining deep knowledge of Aidoc's capabilities with customer-specific understanding
- Collaborate with Product on requirements definition and design
- Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams
You will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certification, plus at least 4 years of customer-facing or technical operations experience working directly with US/EU customers. Healthcare IT experience is required, with particular advantage if you have background in Radiology IT (PACS, RIS, dictation systems) and EMR systems. You should be comfortable with data analysis, structured project thinking, excellent communication, and willing to travel 1-3 days per month as needed.
