Steelhead Technologies is building a cloud-based ERP platform purpose-built for job shops in manufacturing—powder coaters, platers, anodizers, heat treaters, and fabricators. The Implementation/Deployment Leader serves as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding manufacturers through the full deployment lifecycle from initial configuration to go-live and beyond.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their business and operational goals from both production and administrative perspectives, then implement and configure Steelhead to meet their specific needs. You will train customer teams at all levels—from ownership to plant floor—ensuring they can effectively use the platform. You are responsible for meeting and exceeding target ARR per month as set by deployment management, balancing time-to-value with deployment quality so customers feel the product's impact quickly while maintaining long-term satisfaction.
