Bitwarden is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join its Customer Success team. This role bridges technical expertise and customer advocacy, focusing on helping enterprise and individual users successfully deploy and integrate Bitwarden's password management, secrets management, and passwordless authentication solutions.
You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden's product portfolio, leading proof-of-concept trials, new deployments, and integrations of containerized services. Key responsibilities include advising customers on industry best practices across the full Bitwarden stack, troubleshooting technical issues, completing systems integrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to solve customer problems and identify future solutions. Additionally, you'll develop and present live technical demonstrations tailored to each customer's use case and document feedback to inform product improvements.
The ideal candidate brings experience from a technical background such as Systems Engineering, DevOps, or IT Infrastructure. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and genuine empathy for supporting users. Familiarity with Linux, Windows, macOS, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), identity management systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, Azure Entra ID), and security protocols (SSO, SAML, OpenID Connect, TLS/SSL) is preferred. Experience with containerization, scripting (Bash, PowerShell), APIs, and networking fundamentals is valuable.
This is a fully remote position based in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship available. You'll work with a distributed team of motivated professionals committed to advancing internet security.
