lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform enabling European FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products through a single API. As part of the dwpbank Group, the company combines long-standing expertise with technology-first innovation to democratize investing across Europe.
As ICT Outsourcing Manager, you will strengthen how lemon.markets manages and governs external technology services, outsourcing arrangements, and third-party risk in a regulated environment. This role sits at the intersection of Technology, Compliance, Operations, and partner governance, ensuring the provider landscape is transparent, well-documented, risk-based, and operationally controlled.
Over the next 6–12 months, your primary focus will be to professionalize and stabilize the third-party management setup across external providers, tied agents, and intra-group outsourcing relationships. You will transform recurring governance work into reliable operating routines, from assessments and reporting to escalations and evidence gathering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first-line competence center for ICT outsourcing and third-party governance, working across Technology, Compliance, Operations, business owners, and external partners
- Own operational execution of the ICT third-party and outsourcing governance framework, ensuring key relationships are assessed, documented, and monitored per regulatory expectations
- Drive risk assessments, due diligence processes, and recurring reviews for new and existing third parties, coordinating stakeholders and translating findings into clear actions
- Maintain and improve the outsourcing register, governance documentation, and evidence base for internal stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and partners
- Prepare, structure, and run governance and review routines including reporting, meeting preparation, escalation tracking, and action follow-up
- Identify and advance process improvements, standardization opportunities, and selective AI-supported automation in third-party management workflows
You bring hands-on experience in ICT outsourcing, third-party management, vendor risk, IT governance, or compliance-related operations in a regulated environment. You understand how external providers and outsourcing relationships are governed, documented, and monitored from risk and compliance perspectives. You are comfortable with risk assessments, service levels, control evidence, and cross-functional governance routines. You have sufficient technical affinity to understand IT services, security topics, and operational dependencies. You work in a structured, reliable manner with strong follow-up discipline and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned. You communicate confidently in German and English.
The company offers competitive compensation based on experience, flexible working hours with core collaboration hours 12:00–16:00, and a hybrid model allowing work from anywhere in Germany with 4+ on-site days per month in Berlin. You'll receive mentorship, stretch opportunities, a clear career development framework, frequent feedback, and an annual learning budget. The culture emphasizes personal development, team connection through events and offsites, and comprehensive benefits.
