The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Cupertino, CA. Key responsibilities include administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management activities across the organization. The specialist will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company standards. The role includes supporting managers and team members with HR-related inquiries, facilitating performance and feedback processes, and contributing to employee engagement and culture initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong foundational HR skills with experience in HR management and personnel management to support workforce planning, employee relations, and performance processes. Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities are required. Experience in a technology, semiconductor, or fast-growing startup environment is beneficial. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred. Familiarity with HRIS systems, basic data reporting, and knowledge of California and U.S. employment regulations are advantageous.
