The Total Rewards Program Manager leads global Total Rewards initiatives spanning compensation, benefits, mobility, and M&A integration. This is a strategic, autonomous role managing complex programs across multiple regions with high accountability for accuracy and judgment. Key responsibilities include: **Global Program & Project Management:** Oversee compensation cycles, governance updates, pay frameworks, and wellbeing initiatives. Build scalable TR processes, tools, playbooks, and documentation to ensure global consistency. **Compensation:** Manage global benchmarking cycles, survey submissions, and job matching. Lead updates to global salary ranges and pay structures. Deliver compensation modeling and insights for global roles. **Global Benefits & Wellbeing:** Evaluate and enhance global benefits programs. Partner on global harmonization and vendor review cycles. **Global Mobility:** Support relocations, assignments, and transfers. Develop compensation recommendations and mobility frameworks. Coordinate with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition. **M&A Integration:** Manage TR workstreams in acquisitions including due diligence, compensation analysis, job mapping, and integration planning. Drive harmonization of acquired populations into Payoneer's systems. **Governance & Compliance:** Maintain approval frameworks and audit-ready processes. Ensure global policy alignment. **Analytics & Reporting:** Create advanced reports, modeling, and dashboards. Advanced Excel proficiency required; PowerBI or Python experience valued. **Stakeholder Management:** Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, TA, Legal, Finance, and People Services. Develop manager-friendly communications and training materials. Required: 5–7+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related fields with global program experience. Strong compensation cycle leadership. Advanced Excel/G-Sheets skills. Excellent communication and senior-level influence. Mobility and M&A experience advantageous. Operates well in ambiguity, fast learner, proactive problem-solver, highly collaborative, comfortable across time zones.
