Talkiatry, the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S. with 750+ psychiatrists and 250+ therapists, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People team. This role provides strategic HR support to the growing clinical organization while partnering with the Clinical HRBP team to advance organizational goals. You will serve as a trusted HR business partner to clinical leadership, providing strategic guidance aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include advising on employee relations, talent management, and performance optimization; collaborating with managers to address HR needs and resolve conflicts; and supporting the performance management process to ensure alignment with organizational and clinical objectives. Operationally, you will manage clinical compensation adjustments and bonus payments in partnership with HR Operations and Payroll; track employee relations documentation and identify trends; coordinate workplace accommodation requests; partner with Learning & Development on clinical onboarding; and conduct exit interviews to inform retention strategies. You will analyze HR data to provide insights on employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation, presenting findings to suggest process improvements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field, with 3+ years of progressive HR experience providing business partnership to growing organizations. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. You should be proficient in ADP, HRIS systems, and MS Office/Google suites; experienced with performance tracking, exit interviews, and retention strategy development; and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment managing multiple priorities. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Occasional travel may be required for meetings or site visits.
