The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic HR consultation and support to designated business locations in Mexico City. This role bridges HR functions and business operations, working closely with line managers and senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Staffing support: recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for assigned business units
- Compensation and benefits administration: ensuring competitive and compliant pay structures and benefits programs
- Employee relations: managing workplace issues, performance management, and employee engagement
- Tactical HR support: translating HR strategy into day-to-day operational support for managers
- Compliance: ensuring adherence to local Mexican labor laws and company policies
- Business partnership: collaborating with leadership to understand business needs and provide HR solutions that drive business outcomes
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience in a Latin American market, particularly Mexico, is valuable.
