As a Senior People Business Partner, you will be the primary HR liaison for assigned departments, acting as a strategic thought partner to business leadership. You'll own end-to-end people processes including employee surveys, performance cycles, and talent initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
• Serving as the main point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and people matters
• Executing people processes and gathering business feedback for the people sciences team
• Providing strategic counsel to stakeholders and business leaders on people challenges
• Assessing business needs and proposing people solutions to address concerns
• Leading difficult conversations including terminations and investigations
• Conducting workplace investigations with a focus on prompt, fair, and effective resolution
• Taking a data-backed approach to decision-making and analysis
• Maintaining confidentiality and creating proper case documentation
• Supporting leaders in fostering a positive employee experience

Required qualifications: 5+ years of HRBP/People Business Partner experience (preferably with technology or engineering functions), 3+ years conducting internal or external investigations, bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong bias for action, and ability to work collaboratively.
