Klaviyo is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead Workday systems and processes for the organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager of People Technology and combines systems thinking, problem-solving, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Own and optimize assigned Workday modules, driving continuous improvements and enhancements rather than maintaining status quo - Lead end-to-end project management, anticipating and adapting to changing requirements - Manage SOX compliance deliverables, including recurring and ad hoc audit processes - Improve end-user experience across employee, manager, and stakeholder personas - Partner cross-functionally with People, IT, Finance, and other teams to solve problems holistically - Translate business needs into Workday and AI-forward solutions - Identify and eliminate manual, broken, or overly complex processes - Build workflows that reflect how and where people actually work - Coach and mentor team members on technical skills and business partnership - Set clear priorities and create structure in complex environments - Balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership - Drive accountability and ownership without micromanaging - Build strong stakeholder relationships and establish trust as a reliable partner - Establish scalable processes, documentation, and support models Required Qualifications: - 6+ years in the Workday ecosystem with strong understanding across functional modules - Deep experience with at least 3 Workday modules - Comfortable owning systems end-to-end from configuration through rollout and optimization - Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and leads complex projects with high autonomy - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - Builder mindset focused on continuous improvement - AI-forward thinking with curiosity about leveraging AI for People systems - Experience supporting global HR technology across multiple countries with regulatory awareness - Public company environment experience with compliance and controls focus - Strong project management and communication skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: - Greenhouse experience
