Quince, a Series D-funded direct-to-consumer fashion and accessories company founded in 2018, is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support non-technology business functions including operations, sourcing, merchandising, manufacturing, quality, and corporate teams. Based in Bengaluru, this role will serve as a strategic people partner to business leaders across these functions.
Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters (talent management, performance, employee relations, organizational development); translating team needs into people solutions that drive productivity, engagement, and innovation; and supporting HR strategy execution including identification and development of top performers and performance management for underperformers.
The HRBP will champion a strong, innovative, and inclusive culture within the non-tech organization, leading employee engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and action plans to improve engagement, morale, and retention. The role involves close partnership with non-tech managers, leads, and employees to understand team dynamics and individual career aspirations.
