Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries including food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy intelligent machines at scale. As an HRBP, you will serve as a strategic HR partner supporting Atoms' rapid growth across Brazil and Colombia. Your responsibilities include: **Strategic HR & Talent Management:** Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with company goals. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, talent strategy, and career development. Support succession planning and professional growth initiatives. **Performance & Organizational Development:** Guide performance evaluation processes, coach managers on goal-setting and feedback, and address performance-related issues. Assess organizational needs and recommend improvements to engagement, productivity, and effectiveness. Support change management initiatives including restructuring. **Employee Relations & Compliance:** Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, address grievances and conflicts, and ensure consistent application of HR policies. Stay current with employment laws and regulations in Brazil and Colombia, developing and implementing compliant policies. **HR Analytics & Engagement:** Leverage HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed decision-making. Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing work culture. You bring strong HR business experience from high-growth companies, with proven expertise in HRBP processes and deep knowledge of Brazil and Colombia labor regulations and market dynamics. You have demonstrated success in strategic HR planning, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management. Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments—particularly in real estate, technology, or operations-heavy businesses—is preferred. You are analytically minded, capable of managing multiple priorities, and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bogotá, requiring five days per week onsite.
