DoubleVerify is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the APAC region (Southeast Asia, Australia, India) based in Singapore. This is a strategic HR role that partners with all business functions and leadership teams on people matters, serving as a trusted advisor and employee advocate. Key responsibilities include: • Partner with functional leaders and their teams across the APAC region on all people matters, providing strategic guidance and deep business understanding to support organizational change. • Translate organizational strategies and goals into HR enterprise roadmap initiatives with supporting action plans specific to assigned regions. • Foster positive employee relationships through transparent communication, embodying company values, and promoting a stronger digital advertising ecosystem. • Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development practices across matrixed functions and geographies. • Lead HR aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and change management. • Coach managers on talent management execution, supporting individual and team growth and development. • Navigate complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations with fairness and business risk mitigation. • Champion employee experience enhancements, ensuring effective hiring, development, and retention across diverse cultural contexts. • Provide benefits support across markets and collaborate with benefits teams. • Leverage data and tools to identify trends and drive people-focused decisions. • Manage compliance activities including background checks, right-to-work verifications, and statutory/legal audits across regions. • Build strong relationships with global HRBP team members and HR centers of excellence. Required qualifications: 10+ years progressive HR experience with minimum 5 years as a people partner in dynamic, high-growth, complex organizations. Experience in global matrix environments within US-headquartered companies. HR degree or equivalent experience. Workday or similar HRIS platform proficiency. Broad HR knowledge across employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compensation, and talent acquisition. Deep understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws across multiple jurisdictions. Experience managing HR matters across time zones and cultural contexts. Ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities with minimal guidance. Preferred: experience with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams; background in media and digital advertising tech.
