As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you will deliver operational support to employees and managers across Namaa's Middle East offices while driving process excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. This role combines hands-on HR operations management with strategic process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing complex HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding; overseeing employee data management, compensation updates, contracts, and HR documentation; acting as an escalation point for complex HR inquiries; developing and maintaining HR SOPs and process documentation; leading initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience; managing employee benefits administration including enrollments and compliance; monitoring KPIs and SLAs; producing HR reports and supporting audit activities; partnering with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders; training and mentoring team members; and participating in HR systems enhancements.
You will need a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 5+ years of professional experience including 3–5 years in HR Operations or Shared Services. Required skills include strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, experience developing SOPs and improving operational processes, hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and fluency in English. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Amman, requiring five days per week in the office.
