Manage 401(k) match and equity data updates in Carta. Conduct comprehensive audit of existing HR processes to identify gaps and design scalable, documented processes. Identify and drive opportunities to streamline and automate HR administrative workflows using AI tools.
Compliance & Risk Management: Manage all leave of absence requests and processes, including FMLA and state paid family/medical leave programs. Maintain working knowledge of state-by-state HR compliance requirements and proactively monitor regulatory changes. Own employment verification and reference check requests. Serve as primary point of contact for HR-related compliance audits and regulatory inquiries.
You'll need 5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant ownership of benefits administration and PEO/HRIS management. Strong benefits administration experience including plan design, renewals, open enrollment, and vendor management required. Working knowledge of federal and state leave laws and multi-state employment compliance necessary. Experience with onboarding/offboarding administration, I-9 and background check compliance required. Excellent communication and vendor/stakeholder management skills. SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification a plus.
