Remote is a global employment platform that helps organizations recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly across 80+ countries. The company is seeking a Manager of Lifecycle Contracts Management to lead the APAC regional team (covering India, Southeast Asia, and Japan).
In this role, you will own the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the lifecycle contracts management function across the APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations Contracts Management, you will serve as the subject matter expert on contract management and labor compliance topics, providing escalation support and strategic guidance.
Key responsibilities include: recruiting, training, and developing your regional team; identifying and coaching direct reports to build high-performance capabilities; collaborating across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to enhance processes and workflows; optimizing team processes and identifying automation opportunities to improve quality and drive scale; and championing Remote's values and team goals internally and externally.
You bring deep HR Operations experience across multiple APAC markets with expertise in local labor compliance and contract management. You have hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset, are tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced, international, scale-up environments. Startup and remote working experience are valued. You write and speak fluent English and are committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.
