PDI Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist to support strategic HR programs and initiatives across the organization. The role sits at the intersection of HR operations, technology, and organizational development, with a particular focus on HR systems, AI-enabled tools, and cross-functional program coordination. You will support a broad range of HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, onboarding/offboarding, and retention. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation; coordinating HR initiatives with HRBPs, managers, and employees; and tracking progress and identifying process improvements. A significant portion of the role involves HR technology and systems work. You will support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, data integrity, reporting, and vendor coordination. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting workflows and user experience. The role also includes leading HR AI initiatives—from project planning and testing through stakeholder readiness, launch, training, and change management. You'll track AI adoption metrics, usage, engagement, and implementation barriers, and support related communications. Additional responsibilities include supporting acquisition integration activities, developing and delivering training on HR programs and systems, and coordinating multiple HR projects while maintaining documentation, tracking action items, and communicating progress and risks to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience - 3–6 years of experience in HR, HR operations, HR technology, program/project coordination, or related area - Working knowledge of HR practices and processes, with experience supporting HR programs and cross-functional initiatives - Experience with HR systems and technology, preferably including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Strong Excel and data analysis skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to maintain high-quality data, documentation, and deliverables while managing multiple priorities - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate work across teams and escalate complex issues appropriately - Preferred: experience supporting technology implementations, change management, or AI-enabled tools
