Join Fiverr's HR team as an HR Business Partner supporting a designated business unit. This role combines high emotional intelligence with business acumen to drive people-focused initiatives across the organization.
You will own all people-related functions for your assigned business unit, including talent acquisition, employee development, engagement, and retention. As a full-stack HRBP, you'll partner closely with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into people strategies that enable team performance and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary HR contact for your business unit, providing strategic and tactical HR support
- Leading talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and integration
- Developing and executing employee engagement and retention programs
- Supporting employee development through coaching, mentoring, and career pathing
- Managing employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional HR teams on policy implementation and best practices
- Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to drive business decisions
