iCapital seeks a Global Due Diligence and Audit Support Specialist to join the People team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of HR Operations. This role bridges HR, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to support client due diligence, proposal responses, audits, and regulatory examinations—maintaining the People function's compliance posture while building trust with prospective and existing clients. Key responsibilities include partnering with the Global Proposals team to prepare, customize, review, and maintain HR-related content for DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, and client inquiries. You will collaborate cross-functionally to gather information, develop responses, and provide HR subject matter expertise during client discussions. The role owns and continuously improves HR content libraries, audit response procedures, and documentation processes to ensure efficient, accurate, and consistent responses. You will coordinate and manage HR responses to internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, employment-related inquiries, and compliance matters. This includes collecting, validating, organizing, and securely maintaining confidential documentation for auditors, regulators, employment counsel, and other stakeholders. You'll review and assess communications from regulatory agencies to determine appropriate action, escalation, and follow-up, while supporting HR Operations initiatives, process improvements, and special projects. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience, 2–3+ years in Human Resources with working knowledge of HR data, and 2+ years in auditing or similar work, preferably in financial services or regulated organizations. Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail. You should be a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with RFP software (Responsive, Loopio, Qvidian) is a plus. The role is hybrid: Monday–Thursday in-office in Greenwich, with Friday remote flexibility. iCapital offers competitive compensation, equity for all full-time employees, annual performance bonuses, employer-matched retirement, subsidized healthcare (100% employer-paid dental and vision), telemedicine, virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited PTO.
