Rubrik is seeking an experienced HR Country Lead to manage the day-to-day HR function and employee experience at its Tel Aviv office. This is a strategic role that bridges local site leadership with global organizational departments, requiring someone who combines startup agility with global scaling expertise. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing People strategy for the Tel Aviv site, serving as the strategic anchor for local leadership - Providing end-to-end coaching to site leaders and managers on building high-performing teams and navigating complex management challenges - Managing and developing the local HR team, fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence - Designing and delivering manager development initiatives to build capability at scale - Partnering with global teams on performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, employee engagement, and succession planning - Serving as the local expert in Israeli labor law and employment regulations, handling complex Employee Relations cases - Identifying and operationalizing AI-enabled tools and workflows to modernize HR delivery - Collaborating across Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, DEI, People Operations) to drive process improvements and scale efficiency - Acting as the cultural heartbeat of the Tel Aviv site, guiding teams through change and fostering cross-functional collaboration Required experience: - 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, high-tech environments - Proven success in both agile startups and global companies - Demonstrated expertise in manager enablement, leadership development, and organizational engagement - Hands-on Employee Relations and case management experience with knowledge of local labor law - Ability to navigate matrixed global structures and work across time zones and cultural contexts - Direct experience managing and leading a local HR/people team - Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environments - Preferred: Experience designing and operationalizing AI-enabled solutions for HR functions
