The company operates 24/7 warehouse operations and is scaling rapidly while maintaining commitment to quality, sustainability, and fair labor practices.
The HR Coordinator will serve as the frontline HR support for Quince's Carneys Point, NJ warehouse facility, providing tactical administrative and operational HR services across day and night shifts. This is a hands-on, accuracy-focused role supporting both associates and managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as first point of contact for associate HR inquiries, with escalation to HR Business Partners and leadership as appropriate
- Managing timecard administration, including error correction, manager approval support, and wage/hour compliance
- Supporting full employee lifecycle: onboarding (badges, system access, paperwork, orientation logistics) and offboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate and timely employee records in the HRIS system
- Coordinating scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce planning reporting
- Supporting HR compliance, policy communication, and documentation
- Assisting with benefits administration and employee relations matters
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, HR systems proficiency, and the ability to work across multiple shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an onsite position at the Carneys Point facility.
