Salary: USD 50,000 - 70,000 / annual

Infleqtion is a quantum technology company commercializing atom-based quantum products for sensing and computing applications. The HR Coordinator role provides administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding through onboarding and ongoing HR matters. Key responsibilities include coordinating all pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires to ensure seamless transitions. You will prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, onboarding materials, and welcome communications. The role involves facilitating I-9 completion, employment eligibility verification, E-Verify administration, and background check coordination. You'll coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on time. You will maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Additional duties include administering and maintaining contractor records, managing labor codes and organizational job classifications for accurate workforce reporting and payroll, and partnering with managers and employees to answer routine HR policy and benefits questions. Other responsibilities include reconciling HR-related invoices, assisting with vendor administration, administering the employee referral bonus program, and supporting special HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience), 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, exceptional attention to detail, customer service mindset, sound judgment with confidentiality commitment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). Nice-to-have skills include HRIS experience (BambooHR, UKG, Workday, ADP), onboarding/recruiting support background, I-9 compliance familiarity, and SharePoint/content management system experience. Work is normally performed in an office setting with standard office equipment and communication tools. The position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws for quantum computing technology.
