As HR Business Partner Lead, you will lead the HR People Partner function and shape the people strategy enabling Mistral's growth across its distributed global teams (Europe, North America, Asia, Middle East). You will be a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational design, talent management, performance, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the HR People Partner team with coaching and mentorship
- Partnering with senior leaders on organizational topics including design, talent strategy, and employee relations
- Defining and evolving people strategies aligned with business priorities and growth
- Developing scalable people policies, programs, and processes across the organization
- Using people metrics and organizational insights to inform leadership decisions
- Ensuring consistent employee experience and people practices across teams and geographies
- Championing company culture by embedding values into leadership practices
You will need significant experience leading HR business partnering in startup or high-growth environments, with proven ability to lead and develop HR teams. Strong knowledge of French employment law and experience supporting international employee populations is essential. You should be a strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing senior leaders. A hands-on, builder mindset with experience creating scalable people practices is critical.
