AlertMedia is a Risk Intelligence and Response platform that helps organizations protect their people, operations, and brand by detecting emerging threats, assessing impact, and enabling confident response. The company is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the People team at their downtown Austin headquarters.
In this role, you will partner with business leaders—primarily the Engineering and Product organizations—to develop and execute HR priorities that enable business goals and enhance employee experience. You will play a key role in bringing the company's total rewards strategy to life across the organization. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to deliver People initiatives that align with AlertMedia's culture and values.
You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, identifying and driving appropriate HR solutions while supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through career development. The role requires an experienced professional who can balance business acumen with a deep commitment to employee engagement and organizational development. You'll work in a collaborative environment where the company's core values—treating people as humans, prioritizing customers, working together, embracing simplicity, protecting reputation, and rewarding hard work—guide daily operations.
