Skydropx is seeking an HR Business Partner to support organizational growth and efficiency in Curitiba. This role serves as a strategic partner to operational leaders, providing expertise across talent management, organizational structure, performance, and team development.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with leaders to improve team structures, processes, and performance; anticipating hiring needs and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for critical roles; monitoring organizational efficiency and identifying talent gaps or operational risks; ensuring employees have the tools, information, and support needed to succeed; executing core HR processes with compliance and traceability; driving talent enablement, development, and engagement initiatives aligned with business priorities; leading performance management cycles including evaluations, feedback, and development planning; analyzing talent and organizational metrics to generate insights; managing legal, labor, and regulatory compliance with external consultants; supporting internal and external audits; and collaborating with international teams to improve processes and outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings HR experience, a degree in Administration or related field, intermediate Excel skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities (written and oral), knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT and CCT), and background in startups or high-growth tech companies. Fluency in English or Spanish is desirable, as is experience creating HR policies and procedures and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time, in-office role (CLT contract) based at Aldeia Coworking in Curitiba, in an international environment.
