Rent the Runway is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Fulfillment Operations Senior Management to develop and execute HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. This is a strategic and hands-on role providing full-cycle HR support to the company's 24/6 fulfillment center.
You will execute people initiatives, provide internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. Key responsibilities include: guiding leaders through corrective action, development plans, and terminations; coaching and mentoring management-level staff; managing talent movement and development within operations; overseeing a small team of HR administrators and coordinators; owning management learning and development programs including creation of facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids; creating and driving development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs; advising leaders on legal and regulatory compliance (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, safety); partnering with senior leadership on performance management; ensuring consistent policy implementation; resolving employee relations concerns; and developing engagement action plans based on survey results.

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced HR degree preferred); at least 5 years in a dedicated HR role with at least 2 years of HR people management experience; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with results orientation; experience in rapid, complex, changing work environments with high-volume workloads; experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs, and processes; passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement; strong problem-solving skills with proven track record of driving results; excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Preferred: previous experience training management-level staff; experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
