Conga is seeking an HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations and driving strategic people initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Employee Experience, you will handle a diverse range of responsibilities spanning headcount planning, hiring support, employee relations, and managing the full HR cycle including talent planning, development, goal setting, and compensation reviews.
You'll partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring talent plans support both current and future business needs. Key responsibilities include driving talent processes such as workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. You'll coach managers on employee relations matters, team dynamics, organizational design, and talent management best practices.
You will collaborate with Finance and Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans, organizational growth, and workforce planning. Your analytical skills will be applied to people data and trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders. You'll lead employee relations activities, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of workplace concerns while fostering a positive employee experience.
Additionally, you'll support organizational change initiatives, help leaders navigate transformations and business growth, and champion employee engagement by identifying opportunities to strengthen culture and improve retention. You'll work across HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and People Operations to deliver integrated people solutions, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
