AlertMedia is a Risk Intelligence and Response platform company seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team at their downtown Austin headquarters. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR priorities that enable business goals and enhance employee experience. You will collaborate across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to deliver people initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leaders to identify and drive HR solutions
- Supporting employee experience from recruitment through career development
- Collaborating with cross-functional HR teams on strategic people initiatives
- Using data and analytics to inform HR recommendations and decisions
- Providing executive coaching and strategic guidance to leadership
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Leveraging AI-powered tools to improve HR processes and productivity
You bring strong HRBP experience with demonstrated expertise in:
- Strategic HR business partnering and organizational development
- Data analysis and Excel proficiency for HR metrics and insights
- Executive coaching and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Project management and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Adaptability and proactive problem-solving in dynamic environments
- Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for workflow optimization
- Balancing employee advocacy with business needs
