AlertMedia is a Risk Intelligence and Response platform company seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its People team at the downtown Austin headquarters. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR priorities that enable business goals and enhance employee experience. You will collaborate across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to deliver people initiatives company-wide, identifying and driving solutions aligned with company culture and values.
You bring strong HRBP experience and are known as a flexible, adaptable, and proactive team player. You excel at supporting others while keeping employee experience central to your decisions, while also being discerning about what serves the business. You have demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams with strong influencing skills applicable at all organizational levels. Your core strengths include business and data acumen, executive coaching, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management. You are comfortable using data and Excel as foundations for recommendations and recommendations. You embrace AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to improve productivity, analyze data, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making while maintaining sound HR judgment. You thrive in balancing competing priorities and conflicting opinions to facilitate decisions that serve both employees and the business in environments of ambiguity and rapid change.
